Our Story

Jazz Towing & Recovery is Auburn, Washington’s trusted name in towing and roadside services, proudly serving Auburn, Seattle, Tacoma, Renton, and Federal Way. Founded by someone who personally experienced the frustrations of a breakdown, our business was born from the need for faster, more reliable, and more communicative towing service. When the founder’s own vehicle failed, a tow truck driver showed him the ropes—and that moment of mentorship became the spark for what is now a premier recovery and roadside company.

We understand that when your vehicle stops, life doesn’t. That’s why Jazz Towing & Recovery is built around three core principles: communication, convenience, and care. We guarantee a 45-minute response time because we respect your time and know how stressful vehicle issues can be. Whether you’re stuck on the side of I-5 or stranded in your driveway, our professional drivers are on their way quickly and with the tools to get the job done right.

Our services go far beyond basic towing. We specialize in complex recoveries, long-distance hauling, junk car removal, winch outs, and short-distance transport. Whether you need to move a classic car, remove a vehicle from a ditch, or transport a vehicle across cities, we’re the team to trust. We also offer emergency roadside assistance, including fuel delivery and lockout services, and even carry our own line of branded beanies and apparel for loyal supporters.

What makes Jazz Towing & Recovery truly different is how we treat our customers. We walk you through the process, step by step, so you know exactly what’s happening and what to expect. Every call is treated as a unique situation—we don’t just tow, we find the best solution for your circumstances. That level of detail and service has made us a top choice for drivers across King and Pierce Counties.

We’re proud to offer a customer-first experience with real-time communication, accurate ETAs, and friendly service from start to finish. With top-rated trucks, experienced staff, and a mission to be the most dependable towing service in the region, Jazz Towing & Recovery is here to support you when you need it most.
